Hi, it's getting increasingly difficult to get. You can make it using Kalcker's method using Sodium Chlorite (not Chlorate or Chloride) and Hydrochloric acid (HCl). You might find it hard to get 4% HCL, but I use brick and patio cleaner. Brick cleaner is c.9.5.% HCl, (they say between 9 and 10% ) so water it down first (that's incorrect, always make sure you add the acid to the water to avoid acid splashes). To make 4%, add 85ml of HCl to 117ml Water (Ideally Distilled or De-ionised, but tap water will do). This makes 202ml of 4% HCl and will last months. (You can use scales to measure this also, it's 89g of 9.5% HCl to 117g of water). To make MMS (the 22.4% Sodium Chlorite (NaClO2)), mix 35g of Sodium Chlorite powder/flakes into 90g of water. The Sodium Chlorite you get will actually be 80% pure as they have to add 20% salt (Sodium ChloriDe) to make it safe to transport. The 35g figure above is for 80% pure Sodium Chlorite. Sodium Chlorite is getting harder to obtain unless you buy large quantities and you're registered with the authorities. You can buy it from here in Turkey: https://tulucechemicals.com. It cost about 46GBP for 2 lbs including shipping to Europe and will last years. Make sure to buy ChlorIte and not ChlorAte. They call their product, "Clean Pool" and has the formula NaClO2. You may have trouble importing it to the increasingly draconian Australia, but may find it for sale at sites selling products for clean swimming pools. You need to make sure it's NaClO2 though as they're using other chemicals now. Once you have the MMS solution and the 4% HCl, you need to use 5ml of each in a shot glass as per Kalcker's method.
